Nose prints, that is! There are many ways to ID your pet, collar, tags, or microchip, but have you heard of this?
Look at your dog's nose – did you know there's no other nose like it? It's as unique as a fingerprint and can be positively identified the same way.
Did you also know there's an app for it? Yep, and not just one!
Here's how they basically work, once you've downloaded your choice of app ID, you use your smartphone to scan and register your pet's face. Pretty cool, huh?! It even works with cats too.
Your pet should be at least six months of age, as that's when the nose print or face is done changing. Once scanned and registered, it goes into a database. It seems easy enough to use. Check them out and see what you think.
Nose ID, UBio PetID and Petnow are a few of the apps I ran across.
