The Experience or Customer Service is one of my all-time pet peeves. We have all had good, bad, ok customer service and experiences in places we've shopped, eaten, traveled, etc. and you've probably had exceptional only a few times. They seem to be more on the rarity side, which is a shame.
Earlier this year, while attending a photography convention, our opening speaking told a story that I had not heard the story of Joshie. You've heard of the Ritz Carlton hotels; some of you may have stayed in them. The creme de la creme of hotels as I call them. From the logo to the price, you know this place is or should be top-notch. Well, the story of Joshie put the Ritz Carlton over the top in my book and what I wanted the "Experience" to be at Kimberly Austin Photography, which is above and beyond.
